Hi lovely! So happy to see you here. If you’re looking for recipes, inspiration, wellness tips, or simply an easy read on your morning commute, you’ve come to the right place.

I’m Bettina: chef, writer, and wellness consultant. I’m the author of three Best selling cookbooks (insert shameless plug here): Happy Food, 7 Day Vegan Challenge and Celebrate, and I write a monthly veggie (and sometimes travel) column for Country & Townhouse. Beyond creating recipes, hosting my sell-out Retreat Chef Academy, being a yearly judge for Marie Claire’s sustainability awards, or catering private events, I’m also passionate about living life to the fullest. Be Well is the place for me to brain-dump some recipes, tips and tricks on healthier living (that are doable) things I’m loving, travel hacks, and more. Think of it as your guide to thriving, not just surviving in tis busy world we live it.

Here’s what to expect from Be Well:

  • Well-considered: my thoughts and reflections on life, cool stuff I’ve seen, and everything in between

  • Well-fed: recipes for the mind, body and soul, and top tips for keeping the perfect pantry

  • Well-being: a deep dive and discovery into all things wellness

  • Well-travelled: my top travel tips on what to do/eat/see around the world

  • Well-spoken: interviews or spotlights on awesome people I’ve met along the way (think: chefs, authors, influencers, etc)

As a free subscriber, you can expect to read one post a month. As a paid subscriber (did I mention it costs less than one cuppa joe per month at £3.95?), you’ll have access to all four posts a month. Last but not least as a founding member I will give you access to my online app where you will have full access to my recipe archive, my three cook books digitally and two Plant based courses.
